A joint cybersecurity advisory for ransomware activity targeting the healthcare and public health sector was recently jointly issued by the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), the FBI and the US Department of Health and Human Services. 
This Cysiv threat report provides an updated description of the tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs) used by the current Ryuk ransomware, along with recommendations for mitigation, and a list of IOCs. It is an update to the January, 2019 report first issued by the Cysiv threat research.
